Overview of role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team at zkLink. In this role, you play a crucial part in driving community growth and engagement online and in real life.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand our community presence on Discord and Telegram.
• Create educational content and moderate discussions to maintain an active and well-informed community.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with community members, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Organize and coordinate community events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions.
• Manage our team of moderators and ambassadors, ensuring high levels of engagement.
• Provide regular reports and insights on community engagement and sentiment to relevant teams.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Organize and attend real-life events and serve as a public spokesperson for zkLink.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of community management and effective community engagement strategies.
• Demonstrate expert level at managing, configuring, and securing Discord.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to drive community growth.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
