You will be responsible for creating great business relationships, seeking out new partnership opportunities, and implementing plans designed to drive the growth of zkLink.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our ecosystem through partnerships and collaborations
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key partners, projects, and stakeholders in the DeFi and broader blockchain community
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and potential risks
- Represent zkLink at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote our vision and expand our network
- Utilize a strong sense of product to identify and communicate opportunities for platform enhancements based on partner and market feedback
Experience
- Native or fluent English proficiency
- Strong sense of product with the ability to understand and communicate technical details and improvements
- Established network within the blockchain and DeFi communities
- Proven track record of successfully closing partnership deals and driving ecosystem growth
- Growth hacker
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Crypto Native or DeFi player is a big plus
- Startup experience is preferred
